If you have reached or exceeded your download playtime for a given accounting period, you will not be able to download motion capture files for the first time with respect to results we have delivered for a new video you have just processed. You will only be able to download motion capture files for that video:
- after increasing your download playtime limit, for example by upgrading your account; or
- by waiting until your next accounting period begins, when your download playtime is automatically replenished.
In any event, you will still be able to download motion capture files with respect to results that you have previously downloaded. These results, and their corresponding motion capture files, are now unlocked and additional downloads will not consume additional download playtime.
