We’re looking for an AI engineer who will play a key role in developing the next generation of markerless motion-capture, human virtualization and 3D animation solutions . About you and the position: 

We’re a startup, so we’d like you to be entrepreneurial, nimble, deeply motivated and goal-oriented.  Because you’d be joining our team at a high level, we’d expect you to be a strong technical leader, as well as open to brainstorming and teamwork with the CTO and CEO, and across the wider team of software developers. We’d expect that you have at least two years of experience developing and deploying commercial, scalable code to production. The position comes with an equity package commensurate with a leadership position in a growing startup. 


Day-to-day responsibilities: 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to push end-to-end deep learning technologies to their limits (and sometimes beyond).  Specifically, you’ll be: 

  • designing and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms 
  • developing scalable and robust solutions programmatically
  • supporting and improving our training architecture across the deep learning pipeline
  • optimizing our solutions for production at inference

You will interact with the CTO, CEO,  and a highly-motivated full stack team in a stimulating, collaborative environment.


Required skills and qualifications: 

We require a good understanding of machine learning techniques and deep learning architectures and paradigms, specifically a strong knowledge of, and experience using:

  • C++
  • Python
  • Tensorflow 
  • CUDA


Additional qualifications: 

If would be great if you have these skills, but there’s room to grow into them with us:

  • Docker and Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Javascript and back-end node-js implementations
  • Caffe framework
  • Computer vision algorithms
